The different types of programs included in the app focus on weight loss, post-pregnancy fat loss, special programs for women, guided meditation, programs to improve flexibility, strengthen core muscles, tone legs and arms with suggested nutrition plans for effective results.

The pro content is premium content that is available only once you subscribe to the app. It then understands your needs and accordingly suggests programs and diet plans.

Yes, there is a complete program to help you workout at your office. These include simple exercise and yoga routines that can be carried out without any equipment, simply at your desk.

Can I train during Pregnancy? Are there any Pregnancy-related programs?
As of now, we don’t have any programs during pregnancy. However, you can always listen to the soothing guided meditation tracks. We recommend you to consult your doctor before you train during pregnancy.

Yes, once you have subscribed to the app, you can download all the programs, exercises and asanas.

Will this diet help me lose weight?
This is a general structure of how your diet should look like. This structure would support healthy weight loss. However, weight loss depends on the overall activity levels, body metabolism, food portions consumed, sleep quality, stress levels, gut health and many other factors.

Can I skip some meals given in the diet?
Skipping meals is not recommended. Having said that, one must eat as per their appetite or hunger cues. Do not force-feed yourself if you are not hungry. Maintaining a good gap of 3 to 3.5 hours between every meal is important. Avoid keeping more than 4 hours gap or less than 2 hours gap between every meal.

Is this a fat-free diet?
The plan includes good fats, which are required for essential functions in the body. We avoid the bad fats that disrupt the system.

Is this a calorie-restricted diet?
It is a balanced food plan with the right combination of carbohydrates, protein, fats, fiber and micronutrients, all of it contributing to the right calories.

No, this is a general diet, not customised to any medical requirements. Please consult your health practitioner in case you have any medical condition.
